Return Policies and Procedure
All Products have a 30 Day return period.
All unopened items have a 20% restocking fee. This is waived if you are reordering.
Opened or used items may be subject to 30% restocking fee and may not be returnable
if not in new condition
Items that have been Written on, Cut Open or in a non resaleable condition
may not be returnable.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Large quantity (5 or more) orders may be subject to restocking fee regardless of condition.
We must be notified within 3 days of missing items.
All returns must accompany a name and order number that was used to place the order.

All cables have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
Electronic items will have a specified warranty period.
We are not responsible for any damage to your equipment, premise or well being for any
misuse of our cables or products for which they were designed to be used.
We are not responsilbe if any of our cables do not meet specific building codes in your area.
Please check the building codes in your area before ordering cables.
All billing inquiries must be within 30 Days of Purchase.
Original order number will be needed.
